This workshop is a **deeply restorative, nervous-system–downshifting experience** that blends supported yoga, breathwork, and therapeutic touch into a single, uninterrupted flow of rest.
Participants are guided into **restorative yoga postures** using bolsters, blankets, and props so the body is fully supported and can release without effort. Poses are held for extended periods, allowing muscles to soften, joints to decompress, and the mind to settle. Throughout the experience, **slow, intentional breathing cues** help shift the body out of stress response and into parasympathetic rest—lowering heart rate, easing tension, and promoting deep calm.
As participants rest, **licensed massage therapists move quietly through the room**, offering individualized hands-on work—neck, shoulders, scalp, arms, legs, or feet—tailored to each person’s needs and consent. The massage is unhurried and integrated seamlessly into the practice, so there is no need to move, transition, or “do” anything.
