From 2022 until now….. My tool has been a great help to me but it has also been a struggle. But with the best support system I have made it through, I’m always willing to help and motivate the next person. Hardwork is rewarding in the end the cries, the anxiety, the portion control, the long walks in that Sauna Suit, but the hardest part is walking past my favorite foods and not eating them.
