• How long have you been coming to the Mecca?⁠
⁠I’ve been training at the Mecca for over 8 years since the old location

• What got you into fitness? What benefits do you see from It? I was a huge fan of Sylvester Stallone growing up in the Rambo and Rocky films and he inspired me to start working out as well as getting bullied as a young kid I wanted to be able to protect myself. The benefit I get from fitness is the ability to push myself through something that’s physically challenging but benefits me emotionally on a daily basis

• What’s something not many know about you that is unique?
⁠Something unique about me my favorite hobby outside of bodybuilding is meditating. I absolutely love it and it’s changed my life in so many ways

• What’s your favorite thing about coming to the Mecca?
I love the equipment at the Mecca. I’ve been able to grow my best physique for the stage due to the access of equipment we have here

• What do you do for work?⁠
I own and operate a private drivers Ed school called Nampa driving academy with my wife Kristen

I was interested in strength training so I gradually got more and more into it and fell in love with seeing the progress that comes from it!
