There is no margin for reflection.
So I stopped pretending there was.
Instead of performing a rushed reset…
I postponed it.

Every year, I pray for a 'Dream Speaker'—someone uniquely equipped to help us execute the specific assignment for this season. It is always an honor when a visionary says 'yes' to this call.

​This year is particularly special. While this speaker happens to be my cousin, he wasn't chosen for our history, but for his proven expertise. He is a master of his craft, highly qualified to lead us through this transformation, and I am honored he accepted the assignment

​The "Yes" that confirms everything. 🕊️

​I don’t take the title "Dream Speaker" lightly. It’s a seat reserved for the person I believe will truly move the needle for our community. When they say yes, I know we are on the right track.
