🎁Time for a little Birthday Reflection.

This is my last 40-something birthday

AND

Three years ago, I felt a heavy pull saying I had three years to get my life together.

Well, I didn't do the math, I just started doing the work.

Went gluten-free in June '22.
Got truly serious about my wellness in '23.
And in '24, I began truly assessing my wants and needs for my next season in every area of my life.

Now in '25, staring at my last year as forty anything and the third year, I realized God has a plan that I have been working for years.

And I'm going to live to see it happen.
