I would really love to train someone on how to do Kundalini Yoga!!! Kundalini yoga is a spiritual practice focused on awakening dormant energy at the base of the spine (Kundalini energy) through a combination of physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and chanting!!

We would work on my 1 acre property at the back near the water front. We would meet once a week. Could be more than one person but no more than 3 so I can focus better on you!

It will be FUN creative and different than any yoga class you have taken. It moves the energy from your root to your crown chakra. Many benefits like releasing stored up energy. Please message me any we can talk about pricing. I will work with you!

Unrelated Yoga News:

I’m running for FL State House of Representatives for District 31!! Merritt Island and surrounded area!! I need voters 💗 let me explain one thing. I’ve been an independent all my life but I choose to register as a Democrat so I could vote early and at the time I did lean towards more democratic views (mainly because of my dad and I wanted to make him proud) but I am an individual and I changed this year to Republican because I like what’s going on not all of it but I have mixed reviews. I think tariffs to Europe countries is smart because they never paid us back for the money we spent after WW2 fixing their cities and protecting them. I don’t believe in abortions, I support deportations except student on a visa because they will learn how to be an American which is something our government always wanted to spread, I don’t believe in voter counting errors, electoral votes are what matters and most states have consequences if they don’t vote for what they were voting in for.

I’m in school studying for Organizational Management right now I’m in a class for American History because they added to the AA requirements even though I have an AA degree. I’m very friendly, I love animals and I’m learning a lot in this class it’s like God put it in my lap to prepare me for this job! I sing in the choir at Divine Mercy and am apart of the Counsil of Catholic Women. I like painting, reading, and my cat. That’s enough from me lol please vote for me! Thanks ☺️

Shouldn’t just African Americans get Juneteenth off work. I never understood it. But I guess we are celebrating both races slowly coming together on agreements. So we’ll call it Growth Day! Take the time to say special hellos to people of all races tomorrow!

My boy is 11 years old today! Happy Birthday! Everyone with suffering from a mental abuse should get a cat! 🐈‍⬛ they are sweet and sour but this one is sweet and skiddish lol not receptive to new people
