Our high in AZ is 91°F which is basically Fall! We were over 100°F for more than 100 days this summer. The body is ready to rest and “root” again for the season. Cultivating that need through alot of plant-based meals and red foods to stimulate the root chakra. Pay attention to what your body is craving and asking for. It will tell you so much about where your body needs healing! 🍁🍃🥣

She appeared in a session last night. My client was raised Catholic but had not practiced in years. He was been plagued with intense upper back pain for months. We uncovered a closed heart chakra blocking his energy flow at the solar chakra. The block was released through his back. Today he has no pain. I am so grateful to be in a position to help. Saint Maria watches over him, the Patron Saint of Mercy, arms of compassion and understanding. Unsurprisingly, her feast day is October 5. I will break bread for her. Her symbols are painting, and the colors red & white. Do you remember encountering her?
