LBHS provides in-home/community based one on one psycho-social rehabilitation therapy and behavior interventions for at-risk children / adults (our patient population struggles with both developmental disabilities and behavior health diagnosis). Quality coaches help identify member strengths and needs and foster life skills training and social/emotional development in real time helping members learn to thrive in natural environments. We work with families and youth in their homes, and out in their community teaching a variety of skills ranging from skills for daily living to social and emotional self-regulation. Direct Support staff work primarily in Group Homes and Parent Homes / out in the community with children and adults who have developmental disabilities and behavior health diagnosis. Availability to work PMs and Weekends is a huge plus for all positions and mandatory for all full-time positions.
