So got a sweet little gig to help out with the Tempe town lake damn cylinder reseal project that is going on this year. After the first two cylinders were installed some changes were made for some sensor locations and updates. So that is what was being done today. Spaced getting pics of the updates to share but was kinda simple. Remove old sensors and hard lines. Install new sensors at rod end of cylinders and plumb in. What a cool opportunity to hang out on the other side of the damn. 👊🏼🤙🏼💪🏼. Check out for some sweet drone shots of the cylinders going in.

Shredder was not shredding very well. Was lacking the power to chew through the lightest of material. Verify pump pressures and moved onto the motor. Found a couple of valves missing the o-rings. Replaced with some that would fit and tested. Much better now! New sun valves on order. 💪🏼🤙🏼

Just out for a morning stroll and a not so quick track job. Crazy how creative one must get when there is no master link and you don’t own a track press. A backhoe, forklift on site helped out a lot. 💪🏼🤙🏼 needless to say they didn’t really lose that much down time. Now it did have a broken recoil spring that started this whole adventure. Hopefully can still get parts for this ole girls undercarriage. Either way, they limp along until then.

Have this drill a sweet Vision X light package. Mounted 3 of their pitmaster work lights on top of the mast and various others down lower. Sure makes the deck safer for those long night shifts. Drill crews should be happy.
