Bios Comprehensive Medicine

Bios Comprehensive Medicine Bios is here to provide evidence-based integrative, Naturopathic care to patients in AZ and CA via Telemedicine.

We have a focus on gut issues and fertility for men and women. After several years of working in other clinics, I decided it was time to start my own practice in 2019! I worked hard to develop a lot of experience backed by an even stronger network of colleagues. Starting Bios Comprehensive Medicine allows me to do what I love every day while practicing in a way that best meets the needs of my patients. I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Arizona and California. I received my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences (formerly Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine) in Tempe, Arizona in 2013. Prior to medical school, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Health Studies from Arizona State University, which is a pre-medical degree focused on evidence-based Complementary and Alternative Medicine. I am a member of The American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association, California Naturopathic Doctors Association, Gastroenterology Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and The American Society for Reproductive Medicine. I am also currently one of only five SIBO Approved Doctors in Arizona and one of ten SIBO Approved Doctors in California upon completing an intensive SIBO Mastery Program from Dr. Nirala Jacobi. Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), is the leading cause of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). This is in addition to over a decade of clinical experience treating SIBO and other gastrointestinal conditions.

I was also privileged to be mentored in integrative infertility for over four years with Dr. Kiera Lane at Arizona Natural Medicine in Chandler, Arizona. My experience includes male fertility as well as female fertility.

I received additional training in Chinese Medicine during and after medical school. To help the future generation of doctors realize the great potential of this therapy, I was also a Physician Teaching Assistant in the Acupuncture Department at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. I look forward to working with you to get you back on the path to long-term health and wellness!
