⭐️Transformation Takes Time⭐️

Let me tell you that weight loss takes time and is not easy! If it were, the weight loss industry wouldn’t be making millions every year.

I had tried for years to lose weight and get healthy but nothing ever worked. I was told for years my lab work was normal and everything was FINE.

I had FINALLY had it! I was tired of being tired. I could see where I was headed and didn’t like it. So, I took a holistic approach and took control of my own health.

My transformation started in earnest in 2022. I cleaned up my diet, started being more consistent with my exercise, got on top of my inflammation, addressed my hormones, added peptides and put in some work! It took 3 years from when I started to where I am at today. I finally hit my goal weight and health status last year and have kept it where it needs to be.
