Reiki, Wellness, Spiritual Development,Classes and Instruction Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and Relaxation.

Reiki also may produce a Healing. A healing does not mean a cure, but it does mean that you can achieve the best quality of life regardless of your circumstances. This is our mission: to change you'r life in a positve way and always for your greatest good. Give me the opportunity of sharing my experience and knowledge of this beautiful work with you. It will be provided in a professional and caring environment and with utmost respect for your privacy and beliefs. A usual session lasts between 45 minutes to an hour. It is administered thru a series of hand positions on a fully clothed body. Enkoy a sense of peace and relaxation. This is part of the Reiki experience.
