Self-care is essential on your fertility journey. Take time to nourish your body and mind. Healthy foods, self-love, and journaling can all be powerful tools.

A few of our ideas to get started:
🌿 Focus on balanced meals with plenty of fruits and veggies, healing you from the inside out.

🌿 Practice mindfulness and self-compassion. Self-love is essential.

🌿 Journaling offers a safe space to explore your feelings, reduce stress, and stay connected to your inner thoughts during a transformative time.
