Iron Etiquette is private personal training based off of knowledge and respect while paying homage to old school principles.
Nutrition - My goal is to teach you the concepts of nutrition so that you can be self educated and self sufficient and make the right choices with confidence in your future.
Important Training Concepts - such as ( mind muscle connection ) this is the ability to control and understand how your muscles work for you and how they respond. It is the feedback of the muscle to the brain and how well you can feel that connection. This is something you need to learn in order to get the full benefit out of any exercise.

Iron Etiquette is a education program above all. It is much more than just a trainer telling you what to do for an hour. My goal is to simplify and educate on all areas of fitness from the ground up. Understanding your body and what works for it is the most important thing. One of the biggest problems I see from my years of experience is that there is so much information out on the internet and everyone is trying something different. People get there information from friends or family because they got some results from doing something but the truth is we are all so different and there are so many factors such as lifestyle, age, genetics, food resistances, activity level, job, stress levels, hormone production, nutrition, sleeping habits, training regiment, training style ...... and many more. At Iron Etiquette I look at all these factors and work with you on how to make simple gradual improvements to make the lifestyle change you want and keep results with a higher education about your own body so you do not have to rely on someone else, an app , or a weight watching program forever.

Hi Moms! I’ve seen a few posts over the past few months asking about finding a trainer for a child, so I wanted to share our experience with Iron Etiquette.
Our son was really interested in finding a “ninja warrior”–style class, but unfortunately many of the local programs we looked into were either already full or didn’t offer the right structure for him. A friend referred us to Sal, and after reaching out, we quickly got started with our son’s “ninja training.”
Sal is the perfect balance of fun, encouraging, and truly meeting kids where they are. He formed an instant connection with our son, and after just two sessions, our child was no longer fearful of heights — which was huge for him. As someone who struggles with balance and coordination, the improvements we’ve seen have been amazing.
Beyond the physical progress, we’ve seen him gain confidence, learn tools for focus, and approach complex challenges with a new mindset. And the best part? Sal makes it all really fun. He strikes such a great balance between play‑based training and introducing more traditional strength and movement exercises in a way that feels totally age‑appropriate.
