Here are 5 simple rules I teach my clients to stabilize blood sugar, improve digestion, and feel better after meals:

1️⃣ Protein first — always take your first bites from protein.
2️⃣ Fiber at every meal — cruciferous & leafy greens like kale, bok choy, asparagus, artichokes.
3️⃣ 3 deep breaths before meals — activate your vagus nerve for better digestion.
4️⃣ Don’t forget healthy fats — they keep you fuller, longer.
5️⃣ Never eat carbs on an empty stomach — avoid sugar or bread first thing.
