How I approached my health in Q1
I stopped treating health like it was just workouts…
and started understanding my body on a deeper level.
There are two types of data most people ignore:
🧬 Your DNA (what you’re predisposed to)
🩸 Your bloodwork (what’s actually happening right now)
I did both.
And from there… everything I do now has intention.
Real results don’t come from doing more
they come from doing what actually works for YOU.
