2025 was my year of Tai Chi — a practice I’ll be carrying with me, alongside yoga, as the foundation for a healthy, mobile, open, and grounded body and mind for the rest of my life.
I’m weaving these principles into everything I love: calisthenics, animal locomotion and primal movement, Muay Thai, and kettlebell/weight training — and of course, passing this embodied wisdom on to my clients. Because movement isn’t just about getting stronger… it’s about moving smarter and with more awareness. (The Sexy Fit Vegan way!)
This year, I’m building on that foundation by beginning my Kung Fu journey under the guidance of Fred Holt. Learning new “waves” of movement through martial arts lights me up on every level — body, mind, and spirit — and I couldn’t be more excited to step onto this path.
