Postpartum symptoms are common, but they’re not always “normal.”
At around 3-6 months postpartum, bloodwork can reveal what your body is actually missing after pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.
This is the lab work I commonly recommend to assess:
• Nutrient depletion
• Thyroid changes
• Hormonal suppression
• Blood sugar & stress load
Many women are told to “wait it out,” when in reality they’re running on empty.
Testing at this stage gives us a baseline to support energy, mood, recovery, and long-term hormone health, especially for breastfeeding moms.
