Try this one-minute relaxation trick for a healthy brain break….

It’s normal to feel stuck at times…but what if you see this as a time for growth! ✨

Life is full of stages and phases as we continue to evolve and grow. ♾️

We often associate personal growth and transformation with bliss, pleasure and expansion. However, the path of transformation is not formed of only pleasant experiences, but also with challenges and difficulties, including less than pleasant states and feelings.

Growth could be compared to the process of shedding a skin as we transcend the old patterns and self identities. 🤍🤍

During this “transitional phase” we can observe and experience who we were while being aware of the new that is coming our way. ✨
We are faced with the choice…to fall back onto what is familiar and comfortable, but not necessarily right, or we can let that comfort go and embrace the new position and version of ourselves ❤️‍🔥

With so many distractions, to do lists and constant engagement we easily get caught up in “doing” and lose sight of just “being” in the moment. 🌟

Here are a few simple practices that we can easily incorporate within our day to bring us back to the present moment and create more balance and mindfulness in our lives. ✨

💭Mindfully Eating ~ limiting distractions, enjoying the experience however it is for all that it is. ✨

💭Being present with your body ~ whether you’re exercising, going for a walk or simply sitting or standing, pay attention to your body within all your sensations and movements. ✨

💭Be present with others ~ listen attentively, speak genuinely and connect fully. ✨
