Hi! I'm Sean James and just like you, I'm a CrossFitter!

Not a great one, but I'm getting there haha!

Through this whole journey I'm on, I realized 2 things.

One, I'm definitely no outstanding athlete, born with the superhuman abilities of Usain Bolt or Michael Phelps.
