OMGosh I was beyond not feeling it today.
I think two weeks with the same plan is my limit but I’m pressing through because I’m committed.
It was lower body today in addition to my one mile walk.
I didn’t make time to eat. And I didn’t want to grab fast food. I had coffee this morning with four, yes, four packets of raw sugar. And while grabbing a rotisserie from Whole Foods, I had a black cherry Virgil soda.
I just needed energy (sugar carbs) to make it through the fitness.
Do not...I repeat do not follow this example. This is not healthy but I need to keep a record for myself so I’m putting here.
