Want to reset your body? Did you fall off your New Year’s plan? No need to beat yourself up, life’s too short for that! Join me and my family in our Spring Clean Your Body Reset! Basically, every March and September for a minimum of two weeks I torture the children 🤣 but make their cells very happy👍🏾👍🏾💪🏾!
The Spring Clean Your Body Reset begins March 2nd and goes through March 20th! I’ll be posting what foods we are taking a break from and sharing as much as possible what we eating more of but let me know if you’re joining. There’s no fee and you don’t have to buy anything🙂😉!

I laid down and almost forgot to post 🤦🏾‍♀️
I doubled down today because my tomorrow is a wee bit out of the ordinary.
I started walking on a slight incline then later increased speed at a flat walk. The watch didn’t hit 3 miles till a few minutes after the treadmill.
I hope my body will get strong enough for me to run 🏃🏾‍♀️ again, we shall see! 🙏🏾
I hope you are making steps towards your goals so that next year this time we are all working on a new level not singing the same tune. This is my personal prayer!

OMGosh I was beyond not feeling it today.
I think two weeks with the same plan is my limit but I’m pressing through because I’m committed.
It was lower body today in addition to my one mile walk.
I didn’t make time to eat. And I didn’t want to grab fast food. I had coffee this morning with four, yes, four packets of raw sugar. And while grabbing a rotisserie from Whole Foods, I had a black cherry Virgil soda.
I just needed energy (sugar carbs) to make it through the fitness.
Do not...I repeat do not follow this example. This is not healthy but I need to keep a record for myself so I’m putting here.
I enjoyed the and of course the 🤣
My is terrible but I know is on the way as Long as I stay
for all the

Every day that I dig my heels in is another day that I get closer to my goals.
I barely got good sleep last night and my day was super full but I’m working hard to change my habits.
Next month, I will be adding in a food focus.
I’m playing the long game so I’m in no rush.
