My face when the universe literally hits me on the head and decides to take things away from me..

Every time in life right before I went through an upgrade.. the universe tests me BIG TIME to see if I’m really ready for it

& this is what I mean..

This week I packed my things up & moved from Miami to Austin..

It has been ALL sunshine & rainbows until this week..

1️⃣A few days prior to my trip I got a concussion.

2️⃣Two days after I arrived to Austin someone robbed me, broke into my car and stole VERY meaningful, valuable, personal things of mine..

I felt like a piece of me was taken, I felt violated, I was scared to get in my car, I did not feel safe, I felt targeted..

I allowed myself to feel it all.

I sat with myself and asked why me? I’m such a good person. What did I do to receive this?..

Something .jones spoke on in a podcast when he went to jail he shared “They can take everything away from me but they can’t away my mind or my freedom”

It came to me.. They could have taken anything away from me but they didn’t take away my health, my freedom or my safety.

What’s interesting is when I was packing for my move I was practicing “letting go of physical items”.. well damn did the universe REALLY show me 😂

IN ORDER TO MAKE ROOM FOR NEW, BIGGER, BETTER & WHAT GOD HAS PLANNED FOR YOU.. you get to let go of things that no longer serve you 🫶

I’m MOVING!! ✈️🌎
“You just manifested your new place, your getting all these opportunities, you live in MIAMI, your life looks so good, you built your career up, how are you moving?!”

Something I’ve learned in this process is regardless of what your current circumstances are if your higher self, god, the universe is showing you that it is time for GROWTH.. YOU LISTEN 🫶

& the beauty is nothing is forever! So yes I will be back often Miami 🌴

Back when I moved to MIA - I didn’t tell anyone or document the process..

I just posted a photo in my new apartment & said surprise 😂😂 (like it was easy when it wasn’t)
.THIS time I want to share this experience with y’all

WE ARE NOT TREES.. we are not meant to stay in one place forever! We get to put on those beautiful powerful wings and flow with the guidance from above 🫶

With that being said.. I have a few more weeks in Miami until I hit the road 🚘💨

A body in motion stays in motion and when it slows down the momentum catches up with it and your forced to slow down..

A great lesson I learned in 2022..

Resting is trusting..

Society has conditioned a lot of us that we always have to be doing something.. but the truth is we don’t

When I started slowing down and taking time to REST.. that’s when the abundance came, the manifestations and the blessings.

It was not easy in the beginning but as long as you trust the process then your in the right place babe 🤍

Life is beautiful on this side.

I used to worry about everything.
I used to feel like I “had to” control everything.
I used to think I trusted the process but I only trusted it if I was in control.

Now I let the universe do the work.
I just sit back and BE… and everything AND more is magnetized to me.

I healed myself and now I’m here to teach y’all how to do it because you deserve to feel FREE IN YA BODY THROUGH YA SOUL BABY. 🤍

I still remember the first time I ever stepped foot into a Rumble studio…

I would drive Friday nights after working in the hospital to the city just to take a rumble class.. (I think my first class was with or 🔥🔥)

…my friends thought I was crazy.. I didn’t 😄

is what made me fall in love with boxing..

There is NOTHING that compares to a Rumble class..

And look at me now y’all 🥹🥺 Younger Jessica would have never thought!!!
