Last night, something sacred happened. At my home, we all came together to bring prayer, music, and high vibes.
Being on that stage with .official and came together very unplanned bringing in our voices weaving together, energy electric, the room completely alive.

Some people know I sing and some dont…..

But Singing was my first love. Before being a therapist and Business Coach, Before being an author and all the businesses impact, before any of the versions of Joyce the world has come to know ,there was a teenage girl who wanted nothing more than to open her mouth and move people with her voice, her music. And that dream got crushed. Hard. In the way that makes you quietly put something away and tell yourself that’s just not for me anymore. And as much as I wanted to sing, I kept sabotaging myself.
But your soul doesn’t forget what it came here for. You can silence it for a while. You can build around it. You can stay busy enough that you almost believe it’s gone. But passion and talent cannot be turned off ,they just go underground until the conditions are right. Until you are ready. Until life cracks open just enough for the thing that was always meant for you to push through. That’s what’s been happening to me. I’m arriving somewhere new. A woman who has always known her frequency and now letting that out through sound … Last night as we honored .official everyone said you have to bring it on. No practice , no planning , but the divine had a big plan and I let my soul sing agin. What a a reclamation. And I’m just getting started. 🔥🎶 thank you and everyone who came together to share their music and their gift. Never forget the deep desire you have inside. Unleash her and step into the gift of your soul. Do it all! Have it all.

Last night another SheCEO Under The Tiki Night women in business, once a month, we come together.

Last night’s theme was the voice.
How we show up. How we speak. How we silence ourselves without even realizing it.
Because here’s what I know to be true
Your voice is not just sound.
It is the expression of your soul.
It is how your spirit moves through this world.
And most of us have been dimming it for years.
This affects how we build our business, how we communicate with our relationships and Last night we did the work.

We mapped the gap between the voice we use publicly and the voice we actually have inside.
We spoke truths out loud that had been living in silence.
We sang, loudly, freely because the discomfort of singing in front of people is the same thing that stops us from speaking up in our business and our life.

And then we walked to the fire.
We burned the version of our voice we are done carrying. We spoke our declarations into the flame.
