Chitta vṛtti nirodhaḥ — the calming of the mind’s movements.
In this world that constantly pulls our attention outward yoga gently guides us back to ourselves.
Yoga is about learning how to steady the mind, soften the nervous system, and create space between you and the noise of the outside.
When the mind becomes quiet we find clarity.
From that stillness, we remember who we really are beneath the chaos.
