In this world that constantly pulls our attention outward yoga gently guides us back to ourselves.
Yoga is about learning how to steady the mind, soften the nervous system, and create space between you and the noise of the outside.
When the mind becomes quiet we find clarity.
From that stillness, we remember who we really are beneath the chaos.

This is for all women not just moms and it will move in a rhythm:

☯︎ 4 weeks of Somatic Yoga — feeling, softening, mobility, creativity, flow
☯︎ 4 weeks of Hatha Yoga — focus, structure, tradition, grounding
