MAT PILATES TEACHER TRAINING W/ STARR - FEBRUARY 2026 🌟

Master the art of teaching Mat Pilates during this IN-PERSON or ONLINE training with Master Trainer Starr Hawkins at Mimi Yoga Coconut Grove from February 7th to March 1st.

Starr will teach you how to execute and Mat Pilates exercises and program classes for different settings.

We will discuss anatomy and biomechanics and dive deep into the business of teaching Pilates and how to leverage social media to launch your Pilates career.

This comprehensive training will equip you with the tools and confidence to teach Mat Pilates effectively.
