Watch how I place the material, let gravity do the work, and make small adjustments along the way.

These are the little details that make a splint comfortable — and they're exactly what I teach in my 2-Day Orthosis Workshop in Doral, FL on September 19-20th!

You'll get:
✅ Hands-on practice with elbow, wrist, hand, and finger orthoses

So many hand and arm issues actually start in the neck. And hand issues can radiate all the way back up — creating shoulder and neck problems too.

If you don't understand it and you don't know how to treat it, you'll always feel like you didn't do enough. You don't have to keep feeling that way.

That's why I created The Spine–Hand Connection workshop.

Over the course of 2 days, you'll learn how to:

✅ Screen cervical/thoracic ROM — and actually know what it means
✅ Test key muscles that influence UE mechanics and nerve sensitivity
✅ Find relevant bony landmarks so your assessment isn't vague
✅ Use differential tests to confirm your hypothesis
✅ Treat using exercise, functional movement, and selective manual techniques

📍 Austin, TX | Sept 12-13

Imagine walking into every patient case knowing you've got this. Let me help you build that confidence.

Most therapists fail the CHT exam not because they don't know enough — but because they never spend time on what they don't know.

I just posted a new video breaking down exactly how to organize your studying so you actually cover everything.

Wrist brace for tennis elbow — does it actually work?

The muscles that move your wrist start in your elbow so stopping wrist movement gives them rest. BUT it also makes them weaker, causing you to start compensating, then having your shoulder and fingers become affected.

If you’re not sure on what protocols to use on your patients, or what treatments to perform, let me give you that clarity. Join The Mentorship Program where we cover real patient cases, anatomy, and the clinical reasoning you need to treat with confidence.

When it comes to studying for the CHT exam, you have to study off the right resources.

Information changes over time, so if you're studying off old resources, you're missing extremely pertinent information.

And once you have the right resources, your next step is building a study plan that actually works for your timeline.

I’m hosting a FREE masterclass, Create Your Study Plan to Pass the CHT Exam where you’ll learn:

✔️ How to organize the massive amount of material
✔️ How to build a realistic plan you can actually stick to
✔️ What resources matter (and which ones to ignore)

Without ligaments, the elbow can't handle the forces of daily life. When your arm is by your side, it's manageable. But reaching out, putting something down, grabbing something and bringing it to you? Without stability, every movement is painful. The weight of something in your hand creates torque — twisting, pressure — and the ligaments have to hold it all together.

That's why ligament injuries at the elbow are so debilitating.

Understanding how bones and ligaments work together isn't just anatomy — it's clinical reasoning. It's knowing what the surgery did, what's still healing, and what you're allowed to do as a therapist.

If you're struggling with anatomy for the CHT exam, my Exam Prep Program breaks it down so it finally makes sense.

I give you the structure, frameworks, and accountability to actually study, remember the information, and PASS.

Understanding anatomy and manual treatments together is what makes critical thinking possible.

When you know how the thumb actually moves, you know how to test against it. The thumb isn't just flexion-extension or just rotation, it's a combination of both. The thumb has to roll before it can flex and it has to roll out before it can extend.

Want to learn manual techniques that address the real mechanics of the thumb and upper extremity? Join me in Albany, NY on August 29-30th for my 2-Day Manual Therapy Workshop.

What muscles affect the elbow but don't actually move it?

Your wrist flexors, wrist extensors, and finger extrinsic muscles. They all insert around the elbow.

So when a patient has elbow pain that won't go away, you can't just look at the elbow. You have to look at the shoulder, the wrist, the nerves, the fascia.

If you're struggling with anatomy for the CHT exam, my Exam Prep Program breaks it down so it finally makes sense.

I give you the structure, frameworks, and accountability to actually study, remember the information, and PASS.

Lateral epicondylitis isn't a tear. It's an irritation. Tendons don't have blood supply — muscles do. So why is that tendon getting irritated?

The muscle is working too hard.

But here's the real question: why that tendon and not the others? Why that arm and not the other?

Most cases don't need surgery. They need someone who asks the right questions.

Want to go even deeper? Join The Mentorship Program. We cover real patient cases, anatomy, and clinical reasoning so you can stop guessing and start knowing.

You don’t need to be perfect at splinting, but the more confident you are in your splints, the better. And your patients? They can tell when you know what you're doing — and they'll keep coming back because of it.

Some hand and UE problems don't resolve because the root cause isn't in the hand. The hand is where it hurts — but not always where you need to treat first.

When cervical/thoracic involvement is contributing, local care feels like pushing a boulder uphill. It’s because you're treating symptoms, not the root cause.

That's why I created The Spine–Hand Connection workshop.

Why do your lateral epicondylitis patients keep plateauing?

Lateral epicondylitis isn't one thing. It's often muscle-tendon AND nerve. Treating just one won't get you there.
