This flexitarian day on a plate was a real winner🌱🌈!
•
✅BF: Natural muesli with Greek yoghurt and some frozen blueberries (we added milk post shot)
✅Lunch: One big tuna salad featuring every vegetable you could possible imagine (haha seriously though) and some quinoa
✅Dinner: Homemade soup (recipe coming... it’s so good!)
✅Snacks: Choc chip cookies, plums, nuts and strawberries
✅Drinks: We made a big bottle of carbonated water and added in some delicious fruit 🍓🍋🍉to give it a naturally sweet flavour which was sooo yummy to sip on throughout the day!
