👱🏼‍♀️Our beautiful patient 🗓️6 MONTHS after a 📐Deep Neck Lift.

What is a Deep Neck Lift?🤔

👨‍⚕️It is a procedure that improves only the neck and is performed via a small submental 🪡incision without any skin removal.

🕳️Through this incision, the "Deep Neck Contents" such as Subplatysmal Fat, Enlarged Muscles, and Salivary Glands are shaved and then the platysma muscle is 🪢tightened.

🙋🏼‍♀️Many patients want such a procedure however, ✍🏻not all are candidates for it.

👌🏻The ideal candidate is a young person (ages 30-40) who has 🔘neck fullness and 🔘good elastic skin ✖️without any jowls.

✔️Deep Plane Facelift
✔️Lower Blepharoplasty with Fat Transposition
✔️Deep Neck Lift

👨‍⚕️Let’s discuss what we did:

1️⃣The Deep Plane Facelift lifts and repositions the facial tissues in a ⬆️vertical direction (right back where they came from!)

2️⃣The Lower Blepharoplasty improves the lower eyelid contour. The fat that was removed from the fat pads is brought down to the cheek to ✨soften the transition from eyelid to cheek.

3️⃣The Deep Neck Lift sculpts the neck by removing volume from under the muscle. This includes a portion of her salivary glands and excess fat.

🤗I love this patient and this result! We just operated one of her 👯‍♀️friends and looking forward to her results well!

Our beautiful patient 🗓️2 MONTHS after 👃🏻Hybrid Preservation/Structural Rhinoplasty performed with the 🖊️Ultrasonic Piezo.

What is Hybrid Rhinoplasty?🤔

👨‍⚕️This when you utilize 2 different techniques 🤝simultaneously. In this case, we used:

1️⃣Preservation Technique is used to reduce the bridge or dorsal hump by bringing it down from below instead of shaving it. We use this to ♻️preserve the cartilage instead of shaving it off. 👉🏻The advantage is a smoother profile with less risk of irregularities.

2️⃣Structural Techniques are used to shape and support the nasal tip which tend to provide better long term tip control.✔️

🤗She is just as delighted with the result as I am!

✔️Upper Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)
✔️Lower Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)
✔️Temporal Browlift

⤴️‘Upper Facial Rejuvenation’ usually involves treating the ✔️Eyebrows along with the ✔️Upper and ✔️Lower Eyelids.

👨‍⚕️In this patient, the eyebrows were repositioned to allow a more relaxed and ✨softer appearance.

⬆️The Upper Eyelids were refreshed and the ⬇️Lower Eyelid fat was repositioned in order to remove the excess fat and soften the tear trough. 👉🏻This allows for a smoother transition from eyelid to cheek.

🤩Her appearance is significantly improved and the result is natural and conservative.

Our lovely patient is 🗓️6 months post-op: ⬆️Upper & ⬇️Lower Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery).

What does the surgery consist of?🤔

⬆️UPPER EYELIDS:
The hooding and excess skin of the upper eyelid is removed and the 🪡incisions are placed in the crease so that they are imperceptible.

⬇️LOWER EYELIDS:
The lower lid fullness, also referred to as "bags" consist of fat. The fat is moved from the lower portion of the eyelid to the cheek in order to fill the tear trough hollow just beneath the eyelid. The skin is then resurfaced and… VOILA!✨

Her appearance is significantly improved and the result is natural and conservative.
