Loving never stops • we know for a fact that life is constantly changing and that the plan we had, that worked before might not be useful at the moment.
Therefore, we must adjust our approach to handle those changes effectively. This is opening the door to flexibility!
Don’t fight the changes. Adjust, reevaluate, go back to your WHY, your goal. Remember what keeps your heart beating with passion and the ones who are around you.
About a year ago I was riding my bike almost every day, I had a very intense and strict training plan. I wanted to perform better, to reach a new level…and I was able to dedicate my mind, time and body to do it. I had a plan for a goal, I completed it and loved every second of it.
Today, I am not able to do it bc my priorities and goals have shifted and the time available for movement and recovery is very limited, so I have changed my approach, in fact I needed to.
For me the whole point for riding my bike is to focus, to feel and get better, and to release the stress from my daily responsibilities, not to stress and push myself to a point where my current priorities would be affected.
Is it worth to have an endless list of things completed, if at the end of the day I can’t GIVE to others, to my job, to the world around me, my VERY best? Aren’t they the most important things after all?
Know, that in cycling, Yoga, exercising, nutrition, relationships, work, there is always a flow… question yourself where you are now… know where it is that you are flowing to or from against.
And whatever you do, keep on LOVING🕉💫
