Either way, these small shifts can completely change your ride and your long term goals.

✨ Heels down – activates your posterior chain and protects your knees.
✨ Hips back – loads your glutes instead of dumping into quads.
✨ Elbows in – stabilizes your upper body so you’re not wasting energy.
✨ Shoulders down + back – opens your chest and improves breathing.
✨ Core engaged – power transfer + spinal support = stronger output.

It’s about riding smarter, not harder.

In the heat, alignment matters even more during your ride.

Second year. But a whole new version of me.

The self-growth, the learning curves, the nerves I had to let go of just to finally show up fully as myself, both as a person and as an instructor. I hope that came through. I hope it felt real and authentic. Because I know I was.

I’m incredibly honored. My goal has always been to impact you not just inside those four sauna walls, but in your everyday life. To help you show up for you… and let that confidence ripple out into everything else.

This week has been a wild, beautiful ride. I’m so proud of everyone. There’s still so much I want to share, but for now — thank you. For your kind, encouraging words, your genuine conversations, your love. It truly lifted me.
