AND THAT’S A WRAP! 🎬 Still soaking in every moment from our Hotworx filming—it was equal parts hard work, energy, and a whole lot of fun. This team showed up, gave their all, and created something we can truly be proud of. The long days, the challenges, and the small wins along the way made it all worth it. And per usual, we can’t wait to share with the world.

We pushed ourselves, supported each other, and had a TIME—let me tell you. But what stood out the most was the people. Real conversations, real growth, and a team that made every moment better. I’m grateful to be part of a team of people who’ve become fast friends as this and push each other to get better at this crazy thing we get to call work every single day.

Looking back, the progress is clear. From the first filming to now, we’ve all leveled up, and it’s been incredible to see. And let’s be real—we have to give ourselves some grace (and plenty of good food) along the way. ✨

What should you eat before & after your workout? A little that, a little this ⬇️

PRE-WORKOUT (Complex Carbs):
Fuel your body with long-lasting energy! Complex carbs keep your blood sugar stable and give your muscles the energy they need to perform.

• Whole grain toast w/ nut butter & banana: Fiber + healthy fats for sustained energy
• Oatmeal w/ blueberries: Slow-digesting carbs + antioxidants for steady fuel

What a whirlwind! after an intense five-day audition process, I have been selected to continue as a HOTWORX virtual instructor for 2024-2025 and I couldn’t be more thrilled. ❤️ It’s an absolute honor to be part of such an incredible and talented team, and I’m excited to keep growing the HOTWORX brand by bringing my best. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you for your constant support and encouragement. Your excitement fuels me.

Competition was tough and it’s a very humbling experience. I’ve worked so hard for this moment. The Top 15 individuals are the most amazing people and professionals I’ve ever met with so much to offer the world. From interviews and teaching sessions to photo shoots and a challenging workout, every moment was a true test of endurance. The finals were the ultimate challenge—a 10-minute plank while being interviewed! I am SO proud of everyone. I’ve learned so much from each and every person. You all shine so bright✨

HOTWORX holds a special place in my heart. The infrared energy is something my body craves, and now being a VI allows me to share the incredible benefits with others along with having a different perspective on what “fitness” means to me. If you haven’t experienced it yet, I highly recommend giving it a try—your body will thank you!❤️‍🔥

Off to Dallas for the ‼️

to say I am excited is an understatement. As the Top 15 go on to compete LIVE for one of the 7 VI spots, we are each bringing our unique personalities, experiences, and expertise and lying them on the table, but never losing sight of my main goals and where I stand in the process.

Health genuinely makes me happy and feel good, and I want to share that joy and satisfaction so others can also feel better & move better.

3 simple nutrition tips to feel your BEST✨

1. Adequate Protein

Proteins are made up of aminos acids, aka chemical “building blocks”. It is vital for proper growth, development, repairing of cells, muscle growth, & energy. Your body uses these amino acids to also create hormones and enzymes leading to optimal health performance. Aim to eat at least 20g of protein daily, or approx. half your body weight for don’t forget to eat breakfast within 2 hours of waking to rev up your metabolism.

2. Enough water

Hydration is the epitome of “health”. Water keeps each of the body’s complex systems functioning properly. Your cells, tissues, & organs depend on it. Modify your total fluid intake based on several factors: exercise, overall health, weight, pre/post pregnancy, environment, etc. The goal is approx. half your body weight (men: ~15.5 C; women: ~11.5 C)

3. Sugary Drinks

Excessive sugar consumption can lead to chronic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, obesity & diabetes. Not to mention it’ll leave you feeling more tired and it added alcohol, will increase the likeliness of hangover. Alcohol is totally fine & won’t hinder any progress made; however, be mindful of how much you’re consuming, along with any sugary drink that can add up in cals. Moderation is key. Keep sugary cocktails to a minimum & weigh the benefits + the risks. We don’t know all the risks that come along with artificially sweetened drinks (in cocktails, fruit juices, pre workout mixes, etc)

4 simple nutrition tips for better gut health 🌿

Simple & sustainable nutrition tips to start healing gut issues!

1. Rotate prebiotic (typically high fiber foods - whole grains, bananas, greens, soybeans, etc) and probiotic rich foods (yogurt, kimchi, sauerkraut) to help maintain, improve & nourish your gut microbiome.

2. Add a variety of color - 3-5 different colors to your plate to increase nutrient density (fruits and vegetables) while making sure you’re getting the necessary vitamins, minerals, & antioxidants that are responsible for reducing inflammation etc.

3. Choose whole foods 80-90% of the time - more Whole Foods, less processed foods is the goal. Why? It’s key to a healthy digestion. Focus on eating a diverse range of plants and lean proteins which will lead to a more diverse gut microbiome – these foods contain necessary nutrients and allows for easier absorption & digestion process.

2. Build balanced meals that contain a combo of high-quality protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs and rich in fruits and vegetables. rich in fruits and vegetables. These foods provide the needed fiber to build “good bacteria” & guard the gut, while also improving digestion.

Start with the basics — build a strong foundation of nutrition and build upon this to target your personal health needs

8 ways to prevent burnout 🥵

Do you ever feel like you’re just doing. It. All? You threw yourself into the fire, all gung ho, full forced until you just totally burned out? It happens to all of us. Some, more often that’s others (👋🏼)

Here are 8 ways to prevent total . Needed these tips for myself as I work on everything under the sun after over night, so I thought I'd share!

1. Stop consuming SO much information constantly
2. Recognize information is not always timeless
3. Keep a calm, steady mind by taking a moment to close your eyes & take a breathe
4. Focus on something different for a moment
5. Practice being mindful of gratitude & confidence (don't doubt yourself)
6. Don't underestimate your abilities (or ability to complete a task- shoutout to my ADHD ppl- you're not alone)
7. Practice being mindful of purpose and productivity..positivity & connectedness
8. Fuel your mind properly
