Food is POWERFUL… especially recovering from chemo.

While some supplements must be avoided during treatment, whole foods can provide gentle, supportive nutrients that actually help your body rebuild.

⚠️None of these are “miracle cures.”
But they are powerful tools that nourish your body at a time when it needs all the support it can get!

Sometimes the simplest foods make the biggest difference!

🫜Gummies:

- 2 cups of Pomegranate juice (or whatever juice you love!)
- 2 Tbs organic beetroot powder
- 1/4 cup of Great Lakes gelatin
- 2 or 3 Tbs of honey or maple syrup

Heat juice over medium heat until very hot- NOT boiling. Then remove from heat and slowly stir in the honey or syrup. Then whisk in the beetroot powder and gelatin until dissolved completely (do this a little at a time so it doesn’t clump). Pour the mixture into a glass baking dish or any silicone gummy mold. Refrigerate a few hours until it’s set. Enjoy!

The kind you can’t always see in a mirror.
The kind that rewires your brain and keeps you consistent lonnnnnng after motivation fades!

It’s important that I ask my clients:
👉🏼 What are some things you’re proud of?

Not because it’s cute.
Because psychologically, when you train your brain to notice what’s going right, it builds momentum, self-trust, and long-term success!

Most women are wired to hyper-focus on where they’re falling short. It’s in our nature!

That’s why I encourage my ladies to build their health on a foundation of evidence …that they CAN follow through, CAN change, and ARE making progress!

The hard truth: Most people set goals based on what they want—not what they’re actually willing to commit to.

If you’re constantly setting goals and falling short, ask yourself:

❓Are you actually committed to the daily actions needed to get there?
❓Or do you need to adjust your goals to align with what you’re truly ready to commit to?

There’s no shame in choosing the latter. In fact, it could be the key to building momentum instead of constantly feeling like you’re failing!

So, which one do you need right now—a stronger commitment or a more realistic goal?
