Food is POWERFUL… especially recovering from chemo.
While some supplements must be avoided during treatment, whole foods can provide gentle, supportive nutrients that actually help your body rebuild.
⚠️None of these are “miracle cures.”
But they are powerful tools that nourish your body at a time when it needs all the support it can get!

Gummies:
- 2 cups of Pomegranate juice (or whatever juice you love!)
- 2 Tbs organic beetroot powder
- 1/4 cup of Great Lakes gelatin
- 2 or 3 Tbs of honey or maple syrup
Heat juice over medium heat until very hot- NOT boiling. Then remove from heat and slowly stir in the honey or syrup. Then whisk in the beetroot powder and gelatin until dissolved completely (do this a little at a time so it doesn’t clump). Pour the mixture into a glass baking dish or any silicone gummy mold. Refrigerate a few hours until it’s set. Enjoy!
