As a full time dreamer, recovering perfectionist, and yoga instructor - I have explored the relationship between breath, movement and stillness and how it relates to honoring our heart's desires and needs. I am excited to offer a 90 minute heart opening workshop with both yin and yang postures designed to both physically and spiritually open the heart. The workshop will begin with a guided meditation designed to listen in on what our heart wants and needs, allowing that intention to carry throughout each movement. We will end with a guided meditation designed to open our minds, release fear and sink into our deeper desires.
