When I first trained in energy coaching, I knew something was missing.

Traditional COR.E Energy Coaching™ It’s brilliant in many ways. Still, like most coaching modalities, it was created within a Western, individualistic, often patriarchal framework—subtly rooted in performance, optimization, and “rising above” rather than deep rooting, ancestral connection, or collective healing.

To decolonize it doesn’t mean throwing it out—it means reclaiming, reimagining, and realigning it with truths that honor your ancestry, collective liberation, and holistic embodiment. You take what’s useful, and compost what doesn't serve you.

And honestly, most coaching models weren’t made for our liberation—they were built to manage us inside a system.
They teach you to push through pain, optimize over grief, and label sacred emotions like rage or exhaustion as ‘low vibe.

Yes, the tools were powerful—undeniably helped me and my clients. But they were created in a world that rewards performance, punishes emotion, and silences history.

Our history.
Our lived experiences.

They told us to stay “high vibe.”
To manifest. To be grateful.
To bypass the fire in our bones.

And if we didn’t, it shames us.

But what about ancestral grief?
What about our sacred rage?
What about the women—like me—who carry generations of silence inside their bodies?

I searched. Studied and searched again. Thinking I was missing something…

But the truth was—my energy was never broken.
It was bound by silence, survival, and systems that were never made for me.

That’s why I had to decolonize it, within myself and my coaching practice.
Not just to rebel against a genocidal, oppressive society…
But because I needed to breathe.

This isn’t about fixing energy.
It’s about remembering who we are.

Rooted Despair. Sacred Rage. Liberated Discernment.
Every level on my new energy chart holds wisdom.
Not hierarchy.
Not shame.
Not bypassing.

I created this for us—for the women told to “just be positive” while carrying the weight of motherhood, injustice, survival, and awakening.

Decolonizing my coaching saved me.
It reminded me:

✨ Rage is sacred.
✨ Grief is holy.
✨ Discernment is power.

This isn’t about feeling better.
It’s about feeling free—and honoring your emotions as sacred messengers.

If you’re navigating the unbearable, the unspoken, the sacred grief of these times, I see you. And I invite you in.

Sit through each chart.
Feel. Listen. Connect with your body. Your ancestral medicine.

To the white feminists…
I’m your mirror—Surprise!
The bilingual, pale-skinned, colonially inconvenient mirror.

I know… awkward. Who would’ve thought?

It’s unsettling when someone who looks like you starts calling out the racism, the white supremacy, the performative allyship—
Without the colonial niceness.
Without the “let’s keep it cute” energy.
Without tucking it all behind vision boards, yoga poses, whitewashed rituals, and some herbal tea.

But here’s the part that might sting… or free you (depending how ready you are):

You’re also my mirror.

Because I, too, once had the comfort of staying quiet…
Calling it “protecting my peace,”
Avoiding hard truths in the name of “good vibes.”
I benefited from proximity too.
The luxury of ignorance.
The delusion of being “one of the good ones.”

And now?
I see how selfish, how detached I must’ve seemed to those still fighting to be seen, heard, respected.

I see how I benefited—directly or indirectly—
From the oppression and suffering of peoples across the Global South.
Palestine. Congo. Sudan.

I’ve walked your circles.
I’ve heard the coded language.
Felt the avoidance.
Watched discomfort get rebranded as “holding space.”

I was you.

Looking back?
I was disconnected as hell.
Mistaking curated community for consciousness.
Lacking real, grounded, embodied empathy.
Yikes.

White feminism isn’t liberation.
It’s the velvet rope at the gate of white supremacy—
Keeping everything neat, performative, and photogenic.

I was you.
Until I wasn’t.

Mirror’s up.
Reflection’s raw.
Growth? Optional.
But the universe has jokes if you think you can bypass this lesson—
We’re in the middle of a paradigm shift.

And remember:
In a world that profits off your fear and exhaustion, choosing to divest from the colonial systems of urgency, lack, and control? That’s rebellion.
Choosing to root back into your body, your truth, your medicine?

That’s freedom.

In times of war and deception, your intuition is your compass.

It will guide you through the fog of propaganda, distortion, and fear.🌀

Now, more than ever, you’ll witness a wave of disinformation—some deliberately designed to confuse and divide, others shared mindlessly without checking facts or context.

Both are harmful.

Both are meant to distract you from your power and the truth.

As we enter this next phase of global madness, know this:

I’m here. Steady. Rooted. Unapologetically clear.

As long as I have a voice on social platforms, I will speak through a decolonial, trauma-informed, anti-oppression lens—one that’s committed to truth, healing, and liberation.

I don’t play neutrality in the face of violence.
I won’t gaslight you into bypassing.
And I will always name the systems that thrive off your silence.

My work is not to soothe you into comfort—ever. If you choose to ignore a g£n.ocid€, this is not your space, nor you are safe person to be around in our circle or my loved ones.

If you support Israel, block me right now. I am not a g€n.oc!d€ apologist.

My work is to guide you back to your essence. To your medicine.
To strip away the colonial conditioning and invite you into remembrance:

You are not helpless.
You are not alone.
You are part of a lineage that knows how to rise through chaos.

You don’t need all the answers right now. So breathe.
You just need to anchor into your body.
Into your breath.
Into your knowing.

Because when you remember who you are, no system can manipulate you.

This is not left vs right.
This is not Iran vs USA.
This is humanity vs. the systems that keep us divided, disoriented, and disembodied to distract us while we commit a G£nocid£ through the ethno supremacy regime project of Israel.

So breathe.
Come back home to yourself.

Self-inquiry for these times:

💭 Who is benefiting from this narrative?
💭 What emotions is this content trying to activate in me?
💭 Am I reacting or responding?
💭 What do I know to be true from my lived experience and ancestral memory?
💭 How does my body feel when I hear/read this? What is my gut telling me?

Somatic + grounding practices:

🌬️ Box Breathing (4x4x4x4): Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. Repeat.
🧍🏽‍♀️ Feet on Earth: Take off your shoes. Press your bare feet into the ground and say to yourself: “I am safe. I am here. I am supported.”

✋🏽 Hand on Heart & Belly: Close your eyes. One hand on your heart, one on your belly. Say: “I return to myself. I trust myself. I remember.”

💧 Water Ritual: Drink a glass of water slowly. Let it be a prayer for clarity. For peace. For strength.

Stay awake. Stay grounded.
Stay sovereign.
I’m here.
With love,
Dayanna ❤️‍🔥

I don’t play by the empire’s rules.
I don’t chase trends or carry bags with names that don’t know mine.

I even made my own once—because I wasn’t meant to blend in.
And I was tired of matching with strangers. LOL.

My wealth?
It’s in meaning.
In building a life so beautiful,
I never want to escape it.

This—right here—is where I thrive.
Home is my joy.
My sanctuary.
My unapologetic yes.

And if you want to be in my circle?
It takes more than a follow or good vibes.

I need depth.
Discernment.
And a heart that doesn’t pick and choose whose rights matter.

Because Palestine is my red line.
And I don’t do neutrality wrapped in namaste.

Some families don’t just confuse silence with peace—they enforce it.
They teach us to bite our tongues, to shrink our needs, to maintain the illusion of harmony at any cost.

But that “peace” isn’t peace at all.
It’s fear with good manners.
It’s shame wrapped in tradition.
It’s a script passed down by generations who didn’t know freedom—only survival.

I was taught to steady the boat,
to protect the image,
to make everyone comfortable—even if it meant fracturing myself quietly from the inside out.

And for a long time, I did.
Because that’s what “good daughters” do, right?
We stay quiet. We play along. We self-abandon so others can stay unbothered.

But let’s ask the real questions:

Who benefits when women stay silent? You? I doubt it.
Why does love come with conditions that feel like cages?
How did we learn to mistake loyalty for loss of self?

This isn’t just personal.
This is patriarchy at work—in our homes, in our bodies, in the expectations we inherited without consent.
The monster of control and manipulation dressed up as care.
Obedience applauded as love.
And the one who dares to speak the truth? Labeled dramatic. Disloyal. Dangerous.

I’ve been that woman.
The one they gossip about in whispers.
The one they call “too much” because she stopped making herself small.

But here’s what I know now:

Peace isn’t passive. It is an active self-expression.
It’s chosen.
It’s created.
And it cannot exist in systems that demand your silence to stay intact.

When I claimed my voice, the room got quiet—not because I was wrong,
but because the lie no longer worked.

So I ask you:

Where have you confused peace with submission?
Whose comfort have you been protecting with your silence?
What would it look like to tell the truth—even if it shakes everything you know to be true?

If you’ve felt this in your bones…
if you’ve been called “too honest,” “too distant,” “too bold”…
let me tell you what no one else will:

You are not too much.
You are the mirror.
You are not the problem.
You are the shift.
You are not the villain.
You are the cycle-breaker chosen to break generational chains ⛓️‍💥 of silence.

Be the change! 🌀

Have you ever numbed yourself to avoid pain or stayed silent when your soul begged you to speak?

They called me la Malcriada because I refused to stay quiet in the face of injustice. It wasn’t easy then, and it isn’t easy now.

Healing, speaking up, and standing for justice take courage—and not everyone chooses this path.

Why?

Because it’s uncomfortable, often lonely, and desagradecido. It asks us to disrupt systems, challenge beliefs, and sometimes even let go of relationships.

✨ Healing whispers:
Feel this. Face this. Heal this.

✨ Speaking up breaks the silence that maintains oppression.

✨ Justice challenges us to trade comfort for equity.

Every choice shapes the world. So, what will you choose today?

We’ve been sold a definition of “success” rooted in systems that weren’t built for us—Latinas and other minority communities.
Colonialism taught us to value productivity over humanity, while white feminism glorified “independence” at the cost of emotional connection and community.

As a Latina born in the USA and raised in Costa Rica, I experienced firsthand the glorification of Eurocentric values and beauty standards within my family and the society I grew up in.

When I moved back to the United States as a teen, my white skin gave me access to rooms, masterminds, retreats, and opportunities that many other women in minority communities didn’t have. But those spaces often encouraged a hyper-individualistic focus on self-growth and empowerment—at the cost of numbing ourselves to the realities of systemic inequality and disconnection from community.

This isn’t just about business or personal growth—it’s about how we’ve been conditioned to numb ourselves to “fit in” and survive.

But here’s the truth: healing is an act of resistance. When we reclaim our emotions, we shatter the narratives that keep us small and disconnected from our essence.

When I allowed myself to slow down and rest—body, mind, and soul—I began to see that success rooted in wholeness feels much better than success built on self-abandonment.

Let’s rewrite the story together. 💗

🌿 Is your spirituality truly rooted in liberation, or is it centered around your comfort, love, light, peace, and quiet?

Over the last few years, my views on spirituality and wellness have shifted radically. Learning about Palestinian liberation was the wake-up call I didn't know I needed to finally break through the "mind blocks," "unworthy feelings," and endless pursuit of personal growth, which is nothing more than the colonial conditioning that trained you to believe you had inadequacies.

It shattered the illusions I held about new-age spirituality, white feminism, and women's empowerment spaces, highlighting the glaring hypocrisy and double standard in women's empowerment, modern spirituality, and wellness advocacy groups.

These spaces, so often built on the teachings, ceremonies, and rituals of BIPOC communities, continue to stay eerily silent in the face of their ongoing g.3n0.cide.

I had unknowingly perpetuated colonial power structures in my life, work, and beliefs. Now that I've pulled back the curtain, I see how these spaces often prioritize:

Personal peace over collective humanity
Silence over accountability
Censorship over true empowerment
The truth? When we center our comfort over justice, we align with the very systems of oppression we claim to oppose. That's not wellness. That's not liberation.

✨ So, let me ask you:

What does true liberation look like in your spiritual practice?
Where are you upholding the status quo, even unintentionally?
Are you willing to examine the discomfort that arises when these truths surface?
This journey isn't easy—it's raw, messy, and uncomfortable. But that discomfort? It's an invitation to disrupt, deconstruct, and rebuild in integrity.

Let's talk about it. Are you willing to do the work? 🌍💭

06/26/2024

Values are the core principles that guide our actions and decisions. They shape who we are and reflect what we stand for and believe in, influencing our behavior and the way we treat others.

However, values alone are not enough. Accountability is the bridge that ensures our values are not just empty words but are congruent with our actions.
Are your values genuinely aligned with your actions, or have you used them to hide your biases?

I’ve heard people say during these times of oppression and brutality? “Your values don’t align with mine” to distance themselves from people advocating for humanity.

What they are genuinely doing is using their values to hide their bigotry, racism, xenophobia, and Islamophobia.

When you still believe this is a war and not a genocide, you have become the oppressor.
When you still choose to believe Palestinians want to erase all Jews, you are blinded by your bigotry and refuse to challenge the lies told by aIræhell and see the facts in front of you.

What are your values, and are you in agreement with them?

Do they move humanity forward or dehumanize a group of people?

Dive deep, challenge them, and embrace genuine collective empathy. We must build a world where everyone is seen and respected
