Going for a walk that gives a chance to clear the mind, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Taking short spirit breaks throughout the day, such as deep breathing for 5 minutes.
Counting your blessings by keeping a gratitude journal or you can simply reflect on the good people or things going well in your life.

Reading each night before bed.
