You have so many emotions going on that you feel cagey.

Ready to lash out at ANY moment.

No one is safe. Not even your kids or husband. Orrrr the stranger in the parking lot. 🤬

You try to keep it together, and stuff it down, because let’s be honest; you’re probably the pillar of your household.

You have to stay strong, with a smile on.

Just ignore it - finish this load of laundry.
Just ignore it - help your kids with homework.
Just ignore it - get dinner ready.
Just ignore it - load the dishwasher.
Just ignore it - bedtime meltdown.

SO CLOSE. You can do it, keep stuffing it down. 💆🏻‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️

Then …BOOM. You explode.

Everyone gets to feel your wrath.
You scream and point and maybe even throw that towel you’ve been squeezing in your hand. 🫣😬

The Infamous GLUTEN.

You want to stop eating it because of allllll things you’ve heard about it.

BUT

Do you ACTUALLY know what it is doing inside your body?!

Let me explain…

Gluten can trigger an immune response, leading to inflammation and damage in the small intestine, hindering nutrient absorption and causing digestive distress.

And trust me, I know that…

You want to be able to go out with friends and eat/drink what they are, so that you can have a good time!

I GET that.

But maybe, just MAYBE it would be worth it to take a small hiatus from our friend Gluten.

Did you know?!

*Gluten is a protein.

*Gluten proteins can stay in the body for up to SIX MONTHS
(soooo yeah, not eating it for a few days isn’t going to cut it)

*Gluten’s properties are responsible for the chewy texture of pizza dough and the softness of many pastries. (this one was just for sh*t’s and giggles)

👋 Who needs a coach when I've got a fridge full of veggies and a Netflix subscription for those "exercise" shows? 🥦📺”

Imma get real with you guys — it’s time to say goodbye to trying to do it on your own.

Are some people able to? Absolutely! But the vast majority of those that are trying to get their health back (weight loss, hormones, gut, thyroid..) totally on their own may invest 5x the time AND money in doing so. 🫣

You don’t just have to grin and bear it.

The weight just won’t come off & you’re struggling.

Let me guess, you’ve been dieting, for forever it seems like. 🫠

…is it the best way to lose weight?!

Dieting within reason, on a restricted timeline, with a knowledgeable coach can be beneficial, for sure!

BUT

Most women chronically diet..and doing so may very well be the wrecking ball to your progress (insert Miley Cyrus visualization here) ⛓️💣

Let me explain…

When women consistently restrict calorie intake, it can slow down metabolism. The body adapts to lower calorie levels by conserving energy, reducing the rate at which it burns calories at rest, making it more challenging to lose weight over time.

And trust me, I get it… 🙏🏻

You'd do ANYTHING to get the weight off and just FEEL better.

Real quick though, just THINK about what it would be like to:

🌮 Eat More Than 1,200 Calories

😀 Know Your Body IS NOT Broken or Failing You

😱 And NOT Feel Like You Need to ALWAYS Lose Weight

How do you know which probiotic to buy at the store when there are SO many to choose from? • Pay attention to the label! A quality probiotic should have: Strain Specification (avoid “blends”) — CFU’s labeled (how many cultures are in the product) — Quality guaranteed for the shelf life (not GMP) — Clear storage instructions (refrigerated, etc). Probiotics may sound boring, but they can either HARM or HURT where almost all immune conditions begin!

I’ve been struggling to find the words to describe this past weekend. All this science & biology “stuff” may be boring to some - but it’s LIFE CHANGING to me. The 2023 was just that. Filled with education, inspiration, & motivation to TRULY help our country that is drowning in obesity. is a trail blazer like no other. He, and the people he just inspired, will stop at NOTHING to change the world. I cannot wait for this new adventure. here I come!
