I know it saved me from darkness. 10 amazing years of this practice and I am transforming still. So grateful.

Thank you to my girl for going shorter than she usually goes for me. I’m always asking for the clippers 🤣 she knows, I’ve got my moods. I love sitting in her chair and getting loved on. It’s the best time. Like my waves? 🥰
Val got a needed cut too. No more crying over knots and brushing her hair.

All proceeds from this hybrid event will fund yoga and meditation programming for medical professionals within the Miami and New York communities.
