I’m excited to share some amazing wins from our clients this week. These beauties are all dropping pounds and inches, eating more food and healing from severe digestive issues and hormone imbalances.

🏆 One of my clients was really struggling with her weight and how she felt about herself. Just three weeks with us, and she’s down 11 pounds and 3 inches off her waist. She’s not craving bad food anymore and feels so good, she’s buying new clothes!

🏆 Another awesome story is from a former athlete who didn’t let menopause slow her down. With our simple plan, she’s eating more, has six-pack abs for the first time since college, and we get her gym time done in under 45 minutes. It’s about working smart.

🏆 A former D1 athlete hit perimenopause and struggled to lose weight despite her best efforts and battled painful periods and bloating due to endometriosis. In just 4 weeks this beauty is down 6 pounds and inches eating more food! Also her mysterious acid reflux is gone!

After years of trying every diet out there, she always struggled to go below 150 pounds. This beauty came to be no longer worrying about the number on the scale, but wanting to build muscle and focus on her hormone and gut health. After just 4 weeks of completely changing her training, swapping out foods in her diet to help with digestion, we were able to increase her food while building muscle, and losing fat at the same time.

The biggest transformation that I saw in this beauty was in her mindset. When I asked her if she wanted me to cover her face for her transformation photos, she told me that she was so proud of herself, and didn’t want her face covered! Over the last 12 weeks this beauty has dropped 9 pounds and inches with very little change in her calories and cardio. She came to me wanting to build muscle and lose fat, but wanted to do it from the comfort of her own home. I went all my clients to get long-term sustainable results and do not believe in going from one extreme to the next. We are only training three times a week with minimal cardio. Through the use of increasing her daily NEAT through steps (movement throughout the day not including exercise), prioritizing her protein and getting the right macro nutrients for her metabolism, and creating a routine structured around progressive overload to fit her schedule she has been able to transform her body and maintain this.
