I decided to do this cartoon trend… but instead of just sharing “About me,” I wanted to share the UPDATED version of me.
The version I’m consciously building.
I was raised with certain beliefs and developed habits that once felt normal.
• Night owl lifestyle
• Party culture
• No love for reading
• Anxiety without coping tools
• A business degree that wasn’t aligned with my calling
Then awareness happened.
In my late 30s, I made a conscious decision:
I will not live on autopilot.
I started redesigning my identity.
I trained myself to wake up earlier.
I became intentional with my time.
I replaced distraction with growth.
I found my passion in life coaching.
I built spiritual and mental strategies to regulate anxiety.
And I am STILL becoming.
Because identity work is not a one-time decision; It’s daily alignment.
Neuroplasticity proves your brain can rewire (read about this). But rewiring requires Repetition, Discipline, Consistency.
You don’t have to stay who you were conditioned to be - You can build who you want to become!
I challenge you to sit with this question tonight:
Who do I want to become? and what must I let go of to step into this version of me?
