Hi, I’m Ximena 🤍

If you’re new here (or a little confused about what I do), let me reintroduce myself.

I’m a Mexicana living in Miami, married to my person, and mama to my cat and dog (yes, they’re my kids). You’ll hear me speaking Spanglish all the time, it’s just how my brain works after living 13 years in Miami.

I have ADHD, which means I’ve started approximately 47 hobbies and finished maybe 3. For years, I tried to force myself into a life that didn’t fit. Hustle culture. Laptop grind. Saying yes to everything. It burned me out.

So this year, I’m transitioning into a life that actually works for my nervous system and my body. That means more movement, less sitting. More presence, less pressure. I’m currently in Pilates teacher training (teaching by summer), and honestly? It feels like coming home.

For years, I worked 1:1 with clients: coaching, healing, holding space. I loved it, but I’m no longer offering that. Instead, I’m here to share my life, inspire through example, and teach movement when the time comes. No DMs asking for advice. No emotional labor. Just real life, real growth, and real honesty.

I also run MarkePSY, a psychology-driven brand creation and strategy studio. But this account? It’s not about that. It’s about living well. Moving intentionally. Softening into femininity. Building a regulated, embodied life.

You’ll see me:
•In Pilates training and walking around Miami
•Cooking sourdough bread and healthy meals (but hating the dishes after)
•Trying aesthetic cafecitos and wellness spots
•Talking about self-care, biohacking, and nervous system regulation
•Sharing what it’s like to live well with an ADHD brain
•Being a wife, homemaker, and woman who chose herself

If that sounds like your vibe, welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. ✨🫶🏻

i see so many posts on social media saying “heal your adhd” or “cure your adhd brain” and i need to say this: that’s not how this works.

when you have adhd, you have a neurodivergent brain. neurodivergent means your brain is structurally and functionally wired differently from neurotypical brains. it’s not damaged. it’s not sick. it’s not broken. it’s just different. 🧠

you cannot change your brain structure. you cannot “heal” yourself out of being neurodivergent.

what you CAN do: create new neural pathways through neuroplasticity. build habits that support your adhd brain. regulate your nervous system. keep your brain healthy through nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management. improve executive function with the right tools and strategies.
but you cannot become neurotypical. and honestly? you don’t need to.

your adhd brain isn’t the problem. the problem is living in a world designed for neurotypical brains and believing you need to “fix” yourself to fit into it.

the goal isn’t healing. it’s understanding. it’s learning how YOUR brain works. what it needs. how to work WITH it instead of against it.

because when you stop fighting your adhd and start befriending it, when you build a life that honors your wiring instead of forcing yourself into systems that don’t fit, that’s when everything changes.

you don’t need healing. you need support, understanding, and permission to be exactly who you are.

your brain is different. and that can be beautiful. ✨

your adhd brain is trying to hold 47 thoughts at once and it’s EXHAUSTING. 🥲

enter: the brain dump notebook. 🧠

not a planner. not a to-do list. just a judgment-free space where you dump everything swirling in your head.

why it works:
* your brain can finally let go
* stops the thought spiral
* captures random genius ideas
* no rules, no pressure, just relief

get a notebook. any notebook. and start dumping. your brain will thank you.

💬 do you have a brain dump system? what works for you?
