Your body is doing the most important work of your life. How you support it now matters.

This prenatal yoga experience is designed to help you prepare your body for pregnancy, labor, and recovery. Build strength where you need it, release tension where you don’t, and move in a way that actually supports what your body is about to do.

This is not a typical class. It’s intentional, guided, and built for moms who want to feel ready, not just get through it.

Fevers can be stressful for parents, but they’re often the body’s natural way of fighting infection. The temperature itself isn’t always the most important factor; how your child is feeling and behaving matters just as much.
This quick guide can help you know when to monitor at home and when it’s time to reach out to your pediatrician. And if something doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts. You know your child best.

When toddlers melt down, it’s not about control — it’s about capacity. They feel before they can regulate.

So in those moments, they borrow your nervous system.

Your calm becomes their calm.
Your steadiness becomes their safety.
That’s brain development happening in real time.

Spit-up and vomiting can look similar, but they’re not the same.
Spit-up is common in infants and usually happens when milk easily comes back up from the stomach. It’s typically small in volume and most babies aren’t bothered by it.
Vomiting is more forceful and involves stomach contractions. In some cases, it may signal that something else is going on.
In this video, Dr. Melanie Vega explains how parents can tell the difference and when it may be time to check in with a pediatrician.
