This is my grocery store where I shop for fruits, veggies, spices, herbs and even dried goods like beans and lentils. The quality of produce does not compare and you get veggies and fruits that are not sold in regular stores. They make the coconut water right there for you too! I have taken several uber drivers here and they all have a blast shopping themselves while they wait for me to shop. I have even had some text me later to thank them for telling them about this place! It’s my magical place. 普段野菜や果物はここから購入。地元のオーガニックがいっぱい揃ってるしチェーン店よりも品揃えが豊富。ココナッツウオーターもその場で作ってくれる大好きな場所❤️

Manifesting does not just mean making your desires into reality. It’s to have the clarity to know what does not serve you anymore and the courage to let it go. Sometimes you think I asked for this but I got that. It’s because the universe does not just give you what you want. It turns you into the person that is in alignment with what you want. Sometimes that takes a while. So if you are going through hardship, it may be because universe is at work trying to change your frequency.

満月だね。 butterfly pea を摘んでcottonwood のつぼみを蒸留してます。 I was called to distill buds I had in the freezer this full moon. Seems appropriate. Feels like a quietness of growing within before a deep shift.

When the world feels heavy, Mother Nature calls me over as if I was a toddler about to lose myself in my own big feelings. The touch of the banana blossom feels grounding. I still don’t know what I am making, but the leather like blossoms were calling me. After I shredded them I am waiting for them to dry with my bowl of tea. It’s a good day for a tea ritual.

これはKeittという種類のマンゴ。夏の終わりに熟するlate seasonマンゴです。めっちゃくちゃ大きくて子供の頭くらいのサイズまで大きくなるし味もめっちゃくちゃ甘くて爽やかで美味しい。若いのはピクルスにしてます。今年の春はバタバタでいつもやってるピクルスや酵素ジュース作りが青マンゴでできなかったのが悔しいけど、そういう年もあるよね。 #マンゴ
