❌ Can you combine a BBL and tummy tuck?
This is one of the most common questions we get — and the answer is no, not at the same time.

At Pure Plastic Surgery, your safety always comes first. Due to Florida’s surgical safety regulations, when any cutting procedure is performed (like a tummy tuck), only 1 liter of fat can be removed during that same operation. That amount isn’t enough to safely perform a full BBL.

👉 Instead, for patients who still want more shape and contour, we often recommend transferring the available fat to the hips. This allows us to enhance your curves while keeping your procedure within safe limits.
