Rights of those with debilitating disease to have legal use of natural medicine, cannabis and improve current law to allow patients to grow their own medicine � Our current Ohio law needs improved upon with the patients rights as top priority. There needs to be an expansion in qualifying conditions and the right of any patient to grow their own medicine, up to 12 plants in their own home. Whole plant science has proven most effective as it can be incorporated into food and drink allowing the consistent dosage many patients require. Qualifying conditions are chronic and painfully disabling, in many cases are impossible to maintain efficacy with the current program of inconsistencies The state has never put patients first with the current law. It’s been unmoved by pleas to make improvements, uninterested because they lack the basic knowledge of the endocannabinoid system and remain bound to stigmas proven untrue. We will stand for patients over profits, acknowledging the fundamental need and right to grow our own food and medicine.
