Wanted to share with you what happened to me during Christmas cheat days...

I flew to NY to see my wife, kids, and grandson.

Wednesday night I ate steak for dinner, but then had dessert...
Ricotta cake and some bakery cookies.
Thursday-Christmas- Prime rib for dinner- Ricotta cake, cookies, chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered popcorn.
Friday- Steak, cookies, ricotta cake.
Saturday- Steak, cookies, ricotta cake.
Sunday- Bagel, pizza...

That is it...A lot of cheating...A lot of bloating...I feel so full, over full...I do not like it...

Did the food taste good? Yes, was it worth it? No. Feeling like this is horrible.

Here is a couple of photos of how big my stomach got from a few days of eating junk...

Choose wisely...I will be back to it now, getting rid of this bloated feeling and detoxifying my body...Ready to slim back down...

Dinner tonight…Took about 3lbs of chop meat, added some spices I like, 3 eggs, bacon, assorted cheeses, some sour cream....

Dinner tonight…

Took about 3lbs of chop meat, added some spices I like, 3 eggs, bacon, assorted cheeses, some sour cream. (Daisy is very clean). Mixed and made meatballs. Put in a dish and smoked them for awhile. Then put them in bacon grease and butter mix in a cast iron to sear the outside. Delicious.

Also took some chicken cutlets, added bacon, cheese, seasoning, sour cream, rolled them and smoked them as well.

Everything was delicious.
