Join me for February classes Tuesdays at Stella Maris Yoga !
I teach Slow Flow at 4:30pm. A nice, smooth, slow stretch, focusing on listening to the body and taking care of what it needs.
Vinyasa a 6:00pm flows through poses a bit more swiftly, taking it at your own pace and building heat and momentum.
Both classes are appropriate for all levels! I hope you'll join me!
π February Pose of the Month: Camel Pose (Ustrasana) π
February, much like Ustrasana, asks us to soften, to open the heart and to feel while staying rooted, steady and strong in who we are.

Ustrasana is a powerful heart opener, inviting us to expand the chest, lift the heart, and practice vulnerability. Itβs about opening to love, compassion, courage β for others and for yourself. In a month centered on the heart, this pose reminds us that strength and openness can coexist.
