Pigeon Pose π§‘
This one helps us connect to our sacral chakra, releasing blocked or stagnant energies and stretching the hips and pelvis.
Begin on all fours in a tabletop position. Bring your right foot up towards your right wrist and lay your lower leg down onto the ground. Flex the right foot to protect your knee joint here. Left leg stretches straight back behind you. You can remain here with the torso lifted or, if it feels good, lower down to forearms or rest your forehead on the floor, a block, or stacked fists. Supports like a rolled up blanket or a block under the right hip can be nice here.
Stay here 1-2 minutes or as long as is comfortable before taking this pose on the opposite side.
