Can You Really Change Individual Behavior If The Different Sources Of Effects Aren't Addressed?
Few days ago OpenAI's CEO and 's CEO announced a Joint venture called: ๐๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก, by publishing a piece in ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ , about their vision for how AI-driven personalized behavior change can transform healthcare.
๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
The companyโs mission is to use AI to democratize access to expert-level health coaching to improve health outcomes and address growing health inequities. They will build an AI health coach.
This is a good goal...
However, what I see is that currently with Thrive Global mostly only working with large Corporate Conglomerate Organizations, how then do they plan to make this even more accessible to communities that find it hard to access these resources.
Infact, I would say, it isn't that Thrive Global can't be accessed, it could be accessed by more people that perhaps could afford it - To be transparent though I see the companies for which their platform is integrated (on their website), if one doesn't work for these BIG Companies then good luck!
Also Thrive Global except for when I see an article here on social: LI or other, I forget that it even exists. Frankly I don't even know how exactly it works (aside from reading about it of course).
Target audience is Corporate clients
2) ๐๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ: Isn't to Individuals or Smaller Organizations (SMBs)
3) ๐๐๐๐ค ๐จ๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง in known Mental health EHRs that could be partners...etc.
My suggestion is that:
If truly this Mission is meant to help and not just making it more AI Driven with the same Big Corp. Clients, the approach needs to be done differently!
Few suggestions are:
1) Provide Tiered Models: That actually are results-oriented, with Affordable and Freemium tiers
2) Organizational Behavioral Change: Many of us spend more time at work than with our families and so I see many of our behaviors as an effect of the workplace
- Meaning: If one has a boat-load of work to complete in specific especially aggressive deadlines, people will get *burnout*, stressed, dis-eased...etc.
- Thrive AI Health /Thrive Global should encourage organizational change in the Workplace: by giving employee realistic goals to prevent burnout, encourage taking vacations without being afraid of getting fired, Hybrid or Remote work models to get breaks from long commutes, Child Care or Sick Child Support...etc.
Otherwise expecting change from only one Side - the Employees is already *dead in the water*
3) Accessibility: Integration with Behavioral EHRs /Platforms, this way it is utilized by Solo, SMB and larger Behavioral Groups to provide end of Visit action items & tracking for more patients!
