Friday, 1/10 from 6-7:15p Jess Lantos offers a student favorite: Yin with Reiki healing. Reiki is hands-on energy healing which provides deep relaxation and healing during each posture.

Saturday practice at 4PM is based on the beautiful and intelligent sequencing of Sri Dharma Mittra’s vinyasa series. The standing flow is repeated each week, so over time, practitioners can find ease and comfort with this more challenging vinyasa. Adaptations are available for all sections of the flow as you are starting out. This flow is the cornerstone of my vinyasa practice. Poses will vary after the standing flow, but each class will move the joints through their range of motion, move the spine in every direction and bring the feet over the heart one way or another. Consistency is key. Please join me on Saturdays to learn this beautiful, calming practice.
