**VACANCY: CLIENT SUCCESS COACH**

**Compensation:** Competitive Salary in USD + Performance Bonuses + Commissions
We are not looking for beginners.
We are not looking for someone that “likes fitness” or wants to “try coaching.”
We are looking for a high-performance Client Success Coach that can take ownership of client results, client experience, retention, renewals, referrals and upgrades inside a fast-paced online coaching company.
This role is demanding, detail-oriented and results-driven.
If you are slow, disorganized, emotional under pressure or need constant supervision, this is not for you.
# # # YOUR MISSION:
Your responsibility is simple:
Help clients get better results and increase client lifetime value (LTV).
That means:
* Making sure clients stay compliant and engaged
* Improving client experience from onboarding to transformation
* Tracking client progress and KPIs daily
* Following up aggressively when clients go silent
* Increasing resigns/renewals
* Generating referrals
* Identifying upgrade opportunities
* Solving problems fast before they become cancellations
# # # NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluent in BOTH Arabic and English
* Extremely organized and fast in ex*****on
* Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
* Must understand data tracking and reporting
* Google Sheets proficiency is NON-NEGOTIABLE
* Must be comfortable using online coaching softwares and CRMs
* Strong communication and follow-up skills
* Must take ownership and responsibility without excuses
* Previous experience in online coaching/client success/customer success is highly preferred

This is NOT a relaxed 9–5 role.
