The Ohio Challenge Hot Air Balloon & Skydiving Festival
Friday, July 18 & Saturday, July 19 | 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Smith Park | Middletown, OH
Join The Mobile Cone at one of the region’s most exciting summer festivals! Expect two nights packed with skydivers, fireworks, hot air balloons, drones, and more — with over 500 feet of food, craft, and beverage vendors to explore!
What to Expect:
- 20+ Hot Air Balloons (weather permitting)
- Night Balloon Glow (both nights at dusk!)
- FIREWORKS and Drone Show after the glow — both nights
- 500 feet of food, craft, and beverage vendors
- Carnival Rides by our friends, the Murray Brothers
- Live Music
- Skydivers and Virtual Plane Jumps by Team Fastrax and Start Skydiving
- Tethered Balloon Rides!
- Special Shape Balloons: Tiger, Fish & Unicorn, etc.
- Giant Kites (by Great American Kites & Events)
- Annual Car Show (Saturday, 2–8 PM)
- Plane Rides from Butler County Warbirds
