Turnout for our first Breastfeeding Mamas Group was great! We discussed some common breastfeeding challenges . . . One mama breastfed for the first time in public! 🙌. I hope to see some of you next Monday to connect and help grow our community!!!

Breastfeeding is an excellent way to feed your baby and helps nurture such a beautiful bond! It’s also a different experience for each mom and baby. My focus as a breastfeeding specialist is to help mom reach feeding goals no matter what that looks like (breastfeeding, pumping and feeding, formula, and hybrid feeding).

Did you know the #1 indicator for breastfeeding success is taking a prenatal breastfeeding education course! My course is one-on-one, in-person, and I provide a care plan for the first few days of baby’s life during the hospital stay and first days at home.
