It’s hard to believe we are about to be on our Bonus/Wrap-up week of 🌷April-May LBP.

The good news - we are opening up a special ☀️June mini-LBP - something I’ve never done at before.

Starting June 9th, we’ll be there every Tuesday for 4 weeks, navigating Tummy Time, Babywearing, Baby Massage + more!

This is a 90 minute Playgroup hosted by me - a Pediatric Physical Therapist specialized in infants, Certified Babywearing Educator (CBWS) & mother of 3 littles.

Intended for babies ~3 weeks-6 months & up to 2 grown-ups are welcome to attend with your baby.

The mini-session is already halfway SOLD OUT, so don’t sleep on snagging your spot. We keep it small to keep it intimate. The Play Cafe is closed to the public during our time there — so it’s just us ☺️

Join me & some other incredible local providers for The Climb: Team Delaware this Sunday, May 17th from 11 AM–1 PM at Talley-Day Park, Wilmington.

This is a FREE community event (no actual climbing required 😆) for Delaware families to support our local chapter of Postpartum Support International — a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families affected by perinatal mood & anxiety disorders (PMADs).

Come connect with other local parents, explore valuable family resources & enjoy a fun morning filled with movement, kids’ activities, giveaways, stroller walks & more. Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, raising toddlers, or simply looking for community, you are welcome here 💟

Local vendors & community partners will be on site offering support, education & resources for lactation, infant feeding, mental health, wellness, movement, recovery & more.

This event is all about reminding families that support exists, connection matters & no one has to do this alone.
